She has had some recent success recording her first CD at Soundshop Studios in Nashville. She was nominated as Best Female Vocalist by the 2008 Buffalo Music Awards. Amanda continued her popularity in 2009 by making the top 30 week after week on the Independent Music Network radio. More importantly at the end of January 2009 she reached the number 1 and number 2 spots on the charts in both the country and mainstream categories.
Amanda has sung in a variety of venues including performing the National Anthem for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. She has also performed at festivals, nightclubs, fairs, and has opened for many Nashville Recording Artists including Phil Vasser, Joe Nichols, Sammy Kershaw, The John Corbett Band, The Locash Cowboys, Gavin Degraw, and Miranda Lambert. She also likes to give back to the community and has sung at many local charities including the Children's Hospital and the Red Cross, as well as many other benefits.
